Burning Sky

Just one picture and no words today other than to say I really enjoyed the sunset last night. I knew the sky was going to light up so I grabbed my camera and headed to the back yard. Incredible evening watching the sun fall to the horizon and the sky light up.

Bikes – A Universal Language?

Well….My Japan photo dump took almost 7 hours yesterday. All day. Ouch! As I looked back through the images, one thing was clear. Bikes are a universal language. Bikes break down barriers. They get you where you need to go. They make you smile. They keep you healthy. Bikes rule!

Home at last

I made it home from Japan last evening. Just started the huge photo dump of several thousand images. It was a big trip with big memories. It is going to take some time to recover from this one. More to come in the coming days and weeks.

Many of the people I have met here in Japan love the city of Kyoto. Now I know why. It is a beautiful city filled with such beauty and history. It is a must see in Japan. I could spend days riding around Kyoto taking pictures.
