I posted a few days ago about taking my life back. Buried deep in that post was a line about having a minor surgery yesterday. A few friends have checked in on me and I thought I would give a quick update to others and family.

First of all, it was a minor same day surgery that repaired a 30+ year old injury that flared up recently in my quest for better health and fitness.

Secondly, I am doing very well. I had the surgery yesterday and after a good night of rest I am up walking around and driving my family and pets crazy just like always.

Lastly, here are a few restful and peaceful pics I took the evening before while walking in a neighborhood park. These put my mind at rest. Hopefully they give you a little peace as well.
