Today I bring to you the first of a series of my favorite pics. I’ll be posting a few images that I love or are super popular on my Tumblr blog. I am super proud to share the first. I call this one “Storm rolling in” and I took it last weekend up in Duluth, MN. I could add words but I don’t think it needs them. I simply love this image.

I shot this with my pocket camera and my 50mm equivalent lens. It was all I had at the time given I was at dinner with my family. Given this is my favorite image I have shot in 2014, it just goes to show you that the best camera is the one you have with you.
