I know it’s been a bit quiet here at Imaginegnat blog. I’ve had a lot going on. Family. Fun. Travel. Riding. Writing. New job. It’s also a time for a change. But before I get to that, let me share a little story.
I once had a manager that told me that he had never had an employee that could transform/change and be as disciplined as I in that change. Looking back now, I don’t know if that statement was intended as a compliment or a complaint. For the record, I did take it as a compliment. Change isn’t always easy right?!
I’ve had the Imaginegnat blog for a long, long time. At times it has been freeing, other times it’s been limiting, and during some chaos periods in our society it felt like I had shared too much personal stuff and information out there for the world to read and see.
With the changes I have been focused on as well as my plans going forward, I believe that the current iteration of this blog is not what I seek nor is it a reflection of who I am today. So in the spirit of committing and moving forward, let me introduce you to my new website, Pedal Click Create.

Pedal Click Create is focused on the things that inspire me. Maybe it will inspire some others too. My plan is to move over and archive bike, photography and creativity posts from Imaginegnat to the new site. I also plan to move my family trips, stories and images from family trips to a new location that I will share just with my family. For now, Imaginegnat.com will just stay put with no new content.
Additionally, I have accepted a new job in a new industry. I feel blessed that I have had the opportunities I had in the bike industry. But I don’t think the bike industry is all that healthy. I will never be fully out of bikes, but my intent is to be selective with the touchpoint of bikes and the bike industry and those touch points are focused on fun and good people. I will also be shutting down my sewing business. I’ll still sew and you’ll occasionally see some new work on my new site, but with the new job and new learning, it will definitely take the back seat.
So I hope you head on over and check out my new site. If you do, thank you. If you do not, I understand and thank you too!
One last quote for ya. This came from a dialogue with a friend.
Don’t live in the past. Don’t worry about the future. Live now.
Hope to see ya out there!
