Winter Wonderland – Silhouette
We stopped for a brief rest under the 494 bridge. It was snowing heavily and the cover of the bridge was a nice little respite. John called me out to take a silhouette shot. He said he likes silhouette shots. I took the shot he called for me to take but I saw another shot. I have been to the bridge countless times but never saw this shot.

I asked John to ride down near the water and took the above image. Super fun composition as well as contrast in both black & white as well as the environment. I love it and aside from the shot I have planned for Friday’s ride stoke, which also is of my friend John, it’s my favorite image from Sunday’s winter wonderland ride.

Nice. They’re both great shots, but I really like that one under the bridge. Nice work, man.
Thanks guys. You should see this last one printed. I printed it 13×19 and it is really impressive. Honestly, it’s one of my favorites of 2012.
